Terms & Conditions


We accept bank transfers – funds must be cleared prior to delivery or cash on delivery.

Change of delivery or cancelation – Four day’s notice is required. Logs are prepared in advance. This time also allows another delivery to be rebooked. The next available date will be offered. At certain times of the year, we do have long lead times

Firewood is a natural product – Log size can vary. Wood can contain bugs and insects. This will not affect the burning quality of the firewood

Logs are stored outside in the open air – This allows the center of the log to remain dryer through the winter months. Your firewood may have surface moisture which will release quickly. Split Pine is a soft wood – this needs to be considered when buying through winter months. Allow extra time before burning

Delivery – Is made with one of our tipping trucks. Delivery is made to a point accessible to the truck. We may not always be able to place the wood were requested due to truck size restraints. Wood will
be left in a tidy pile which you we need arrange to move and stack

Spring Special – This offer is partially seasoned wood suitable to be burnt the following season. Offered for delivery between Sept – Dec each year on 2m3 Gum & 2m3 Split Pine

In the event our trucks are late due to road delays/closures, staff sickness or mechanical issues we do not offer compensation. Contact will be made and a new delivery time and or date will be arranged. 

By using our services, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. You may in addition incur a late payment fee of 10% on any late payments including any disbursements. Wholesale Firewood Supplies retains full ownership of goods supplied until payment is received in full.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, contact sales@firewoodsupplies.co.nz This must be done within 5 days of the purchase date. Firewood needs to be in same placement as delivery. No Refunds or credit notes will be given for change of mind. No refunds / credit notes or exchanges will be given on sale items.
